About us

We are people who believe in choice

Taily's founding team comes from Alibaba, Tencent and Baidu: we have built content products for hundreds of millions of users, shipped games with millions of daily players, and trained recommendation and generative models serving whole countries. We use that scale to do one small thing big tech will not: give every person's story a chance to be seen and chosen.

Our team works from Chongqing, Shenzhen and offices overseas. Crews anywhere there is Wi-Fi.

Where we are

Our offices

With offices in Chongqing, Shenzhen, Malaysia, the United States, Australia and Kazakhstan, we stay close to viewers and creators around the world.

What we believe

Our values

Four sentences, written down on every new colleague's first day and in the minutes of every product decision.

The choice belongs to the audience

We do not decide for the audience what a good story is. Plot turns, endings and recommendations all come down to real votes and real completion — the algorithm hands the choice back, it does not make it for you.

Creators get paid first

Every pound the platform earns should pass through a creator's account first. We publish our revenue split, settle on time and hide no thresholds — because only a platform where creators do well ends up with good content.

AI is the assistant director, not the boss

AI takes production from three months to 48 hours, but the last nod is always human. Every step can be changed, rolled back and credited — technology should amplify creators, not replace them.

Only content that makes people happy

The first number we look at is not watch time but whether you felt better afterwards. No manufactured anxiety, no retention bought with stress — “a good day starts with Taily” is a product goal, not a slogan.
